Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and accounts

Founding creator accounts are limited to people age 18 or older. Viewers must be at least 13, and viewers under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly allow children under 13 to create accounts.

You must provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials, and promptly tell us if you believe your account has been compromised.

2. What V-Kiks provides

V-Kiks provides tools to record or upload creator reaction media, save timing events, publish a watch package, and play that reaction alongside a supported official source.

V-Kiks does not provide a Netflix, Crunchyroll, YouTube, or other third-party subscription. Source availability, playback, region, language, advertising, and account rules are controlled by the source provider.

3. Your content and permission to operate the service

You keep ownership of the original reaction media and commentary you submit. You grant V-Kiks a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, test, and improve the service.

You represent that you have the rights needed to upload and share your content. You may not upload source video, source audio, pirated copies, or material that infringes another person's rights.

4. Third-party sources and platform rules

You are responsible for following the terms, policies, and technical restrictions of every source platform you use. The V-Kiks sync model does not grant copyright permission, create a fair-use determination, or guarantee that a platform or rights holder will not make a claim.

V-Kiks is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Netflix, Crunchyroll, YouTube, Google, or their rights holders unless we expressly announce a written partnership.

5. Unlisted links and deletion

An unlisted watch link can be opened by anyone who has the link. Treat it as unlisted, not confidential. V-Kiks currently keeps a published creator package available until the creator deletes it or asks us to remove it.

Creators may delete their own reactions through available account controls. Contact us if deletion does not complete as expected.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use V-Kiks to:

• Upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or malicious content.
• Harass, threaten, exploit, or impersonate another person.
• Share sexual content involving minors or endanger a minor.
• Bypass security, access controls, source restrictions, or advertising.
• Probe, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service.
• Share passwords, payment credentials, or source-account access.

7. Copyright reports

To report allegedly infringing material, email lewis.peralta@primpulsive.com with your contact information, the work you own, the V-Kiks URL at issue, a good-faith statement, and a statement that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act.

We may remove or restrict content while reviewing a report and may terminate repeat infringers.

8. Suspension and changes

We may restrict or terminate access to protect users, rights holders, source platforms, or V-Kiks; investigate misuse; comply with law; or retire a beta feature. We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The beta is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent allowed by law, V-Kiks disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, source-platform actions, or lost revenue.

Some jurisdictions do not allow every limitation above, so the limitation applies only to the extent permitted by law.

10. Governing law and contact
