👤 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use vkiks. Users aged 13–17 must have the permission of a parent or legal guardian. By using vkiks, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement.

In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), vkiks does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a user is under 13, we will promptly terminate that account and delete associated data.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts of users we reasonably believe to be under 13 or in violation of these eligibility requirements.

📝 User Content

When you post content on vkiks (posts, profile information, comments, or any other submissions), you retain ownership of that content. By posting, you grant vkiks a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content within the platform.

You are solely responsible for the content you post. You represent that you have all necessary rights to post such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms without notice.

🚫 Prohibited Content

You agree not to post, share, or transmit any content that:

• Contains hate speech, discrimination, or promotes violence against individuals or groups
• Is illegal, facilitates illegal activity, or promotes illegal acts
• Constitutes harassment, bullying, threats, or targeted abuse of any individual
• Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or NSFW (Not Safe For Work) in nature
• Impersonates any person, entity, or organization
• Contains malware, spam, or deceptive phishing content
• Violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law
• Infringes on any intellectual property rights

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination at our sole discretion.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vkiks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of vkiks after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of vkiks shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
