V-Kiks extension.

Connect your Netflix or Crunchyroll episode to V-Kiks. The show stays in its official player; the extension reads and controls playback timing.

The Chrome Web Store release is being prepared. Until it is approved, invited testers use this unpacked beta package. YouTube sync does not need the extension when the video allows embedded playback in V-Kiks.

Download beta ZIPAsk for setup help
  1. Extract the ZIP

Keep the extracted folder on your computer. Install only the package downloaded from vkiks.com.

  2. Load it in Chrome

Open chrome://extensions, turn on Developer mode, then choose Load unpacked and select the folder containing manifest.json.

  3. Return to V-Kiks

Reload V-Kiks and the official episode tab. Use the same Chrome profile for both. Creators can load an episode link in Studio and choose Connect episode. Viewers can reopen their creator's watch link and follow the playback setup steps.

Updating an older beta?

Stop playback or recording first. Replace the files in your existing extension folder, then click Reload for V-Kiks at chrome://extensions. Refresh V-Kiks and the episode tab. Keep only one enabled copy.

What can the extension access?

V-Kiks pages and supported Netflix/Crunchyroll pages, plus local storage for your selected reaction and sync state. It does not request your streaming password or copy the show's video/audio. Read the extension privacy details.

A source subscription is separate. Use ad-free playback and the same episode and version. Mobile sync is not supported.
